You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Fees

The Service may charge transaction service fees, channel fees, or other fees as displayed in the Service or agreed with you. Fees may change with prior notice where required by law.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, phishing, illegal content, infringing activities, attempts to bypass security controls, or any activity that violates applicable law or payment channel rules.

5. Compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance obligations related to your business and transactions (including taxes, consumer protection, and required disclosures). We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a compliance or risk issue.

6. Availability

We aim to provide stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades, network issues, or third-party failures may result in downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
