Refund availability, timelines, and constraints depend on the payment channel (e.g., WeChat, Alipay, cards). Channel rules may require original transaction reference, time limits, partial refund restrictions, or additional verification.
3. Service Fees
Unless otherwise stated, transaction service fees may be non-refundable. If a channel refunds fees, we will follow the channel’s final settlement rules. Please refer to fee descriptions in your dashboard.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
For card chargebacks or user disputes, you may be asked to provide evidence. Outcomes are determined by the payment channel or issuing bank. We do not guarantee dispute outcomes.
5. Processing Time
Refund processing time varies by channel and may take from minutes to several business days. Actual arrival time depends on the payer’s bank or wallet provider.
